The Blessed Boarding

I tried to blog yesterday.

I even sweated out a few sentences of it.

But when I stepped back and poked a stick at the fledgling post, there wasn’t even a twitch of life in the darn thing.

Dead words. A writer’s worst fear.

So, I flushed the whole thing and boarded up the brain for the rest of the day.

Bottom line: Leaving them with nothing is better than leaving your readers with something bad.
