Shame

Well, that was scary.

Frightening to the core.

But the embarrassment of what just happened in America may have been worse.

Shame I’m familiar with. (I’m frankly mortified at my brain, daily.)

But the international shame those rioters and their cheerleaders wrought on our whole country yesterday is gut-wrenching.

Humiliating, even.

Well done, Mr. President.
